Concept Drop

 

Hey Goldens,

Did you miss me? I surely missed you these past two weeks. Baby girl has been busy with end of term exams which means I have been busy helping her study and providing cuddles. I am happy and proud to report that she aced everything as always. She's a champ.

As for me, I am sharing a sneak peek at the concept for my new mini album coming out in two weeks. You know I always feel the need to come and let you guys know first.

We're going retro with this one and I had fun picking out clothing. 

I know you are curious about the music too, let's just say it is funky and fun. I have been feeling like we all need more reasons to smile so I did my best to write four songs that uplift the spirit.

Baby girl has given her stamp of approval to the songs, so you know that they are good. Her recommendation for the month is Eyes Like Yours by Shakira, the Spanish version. She says you have to shake your hips when you're listening or you aren't doing it right.

As for me I recommend that you treat yourself. Get a cup of your favourite hot drink and curl up on the couch with a book and just relax. Sometimes we just need to slow down and take a moment for ourselves. If you do this and you still can't relax, take a pen and paper and write down all those thoughts in your mind until you run out of words.
